The right materials help create a successful sales call...and, since sales people are frequently calling on the same customers again and again, there is an ongoing need to provide the sales force with new materials that highlight key features of the promoted product yet also provide the flexibility and lack of detail that will allow the sales person to focus and expand on those points of particular interest to their customer.
